Shot Race Gear to launch inaugural bike collection at Roc d’Azur
October 9, 2018
Based in Evreux, France, Shot Race Gear has steadily gained a following in the dirtbike scene since launching the brand in 1993. After intense preparation and R&D work involving Crankworx star Tomas Lemoine and the emerging Dorval AM UCI World Cup downhill team, Shot Race Gear is looking forward to launch its very first bike collection this week at Roc d’Azur, the world’s biggest mountainbike event.
“We’re stoked to express our passion for mountainbiking and BMX into an exciting, new range of products. At Shot Race Gear a lot of people are riding so it feels long overdue to launch our own bike line,” said Shot Race Gear CEO Ghislain Huot.
“Last year we presented our first bike-specific product, the Shot Rogue helmet and the response has been overwhelming,” explains Marc Lecossois, president of Frenchys distribution, the exclusive distributor of Shot Race Gear bike products for France. “For 2019 Shot Race Gear offers a focused collection of performance wear, helmets and protection. Bringing together quality, fit and a unique style puts Shot in a great position to give riders an exciting, fresh alternative.”
“I wore the Shot Rogue helmet all season long and I received the new pants just before Crankworx Whistler. Both are super comfy and look great," Tomas Lemoine comments. "The pants fits perfect for style and comfort, the helmet is really comfortable too with a large field of vision that inspires confidence."
Shot Race Gear’s 2019 bike products are immediately available.
